Nompilo Dangazela was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. She studied Tourism Management at the Durban University of Technology and later acquired a qualification in Education. She began writing poems and short stories in her early teen years and discovered that writing and wandering in nature became her medicine for healing through life’s challenges.
She still lives in Durban with her partner, daughter, and son. Her dream is to travel the world.
